During the skinematic seventies, Frances Mcdormand and Marta Heflin were around the same age — with similar looking faces. Both were poised for serious success. But while the former found it, the latter was fated with illness, early retirement, and eventual death in 2013. Of course, while Marta was here on earth, she proved her artistic worth.
